12.5 miles with my daughter riding by my side under blue skies and temps in the low seventies with a gentle breeze. Now if that isn't a perfect run then I don't know what is. I'm still feeling a bit dehydrated so I'm going to focus on drinking a lot of water the rest of the day.
Also went to the gym and did some core exercises plus weights:

15-10-5 Adductor @35-45-60
15-10-5 Abductor @35-45-60
