A relatively "easy" pre-race workout. 4M@5:15 pace. The workout should have been a lot easier than it was. Hit the times but felt like I had run 12M at that pace not 4. Weird how some workouts just don't go as hoped. Felt even worse during the cooldown. 7:00 pace felt hard.
I did it in the evening after having eating a wonderfully tasty but bloating Qdoba burrito with my wife for lunch. Hopefully things will go better on Monday. |
